Indicus Heatseal is a water-based roof coating that reflects solar radiation and reduces the thermal transfer into the building. Using Heatseal is a smart way to keep the interior cooler and reduce energy consumption. Since roofs also need to withstand the ingress of water during rains, Heatseal also doubles down as a waterproof coating.
Added Microspears Heatseal has microspheres, which are tiny gas-filled thermoplastic bubbles that expand when heated. They form voids in the coating that significantly improves thermal insulation.
Reflects Heat Heatseal has high solar reflectance that reflects visible light and reduces the surface temperature. And its long-lasting white colour absorbs the least heat compared to other surfaces.
Environment Friendly In warmer parts of the world, Heatseal significantly reduces the cost of air conditioning, which reduces the emission of CFCs that causes damage to the ozone layer of the atmosphere.
